J2764 – Our client is looking for a Sales Manager – Agricultural Finance, to lead and advance the team to achieve its strategic and business objectives. Your team will actively participate in the identification of new prospects as well as the development of existing partners.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall responsibility for UK sales.

• Lead and develop sales teams towards a customer-centric culture with a business mindset.

• Continuously improve partner satisfaction.

• Monitor and drive the business effectiveness of the performance of individual members within the sales team.

• Represent the voice of the customer and proactively collaborate with back office and corporate functions to drive the company’s digital transformation goals.

• Perform strategic and operational sales work.

• Analyze trends, market statistics and sales.

• Develop a culture of open and positive volunteering.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Extensive sales experience within the leasing industry for supplier / channel finance.

• Experience working in a matrix organization.

• Strong knowledge / interest in leadership, which you have developed over the years.

• A high degree of mentality.

• Ability to manage and organize multiple projects and deadlines.

We strongly favor candidates with proven relevant experience in financial services; particularly in asset finance and leasing.
