Perched atop a hill with stunning views over St Ives and Carbis Bay on the Cornish coast, the 18th century Tregenna Castle Resort will host the world’s top leaders as they participate in the G7 summit.

Its secluded grounds, natural woods, manicured lawns and 18-hole golf course make it an ideal setting for leaders to build relationships and enjoy downtime.

The place was built by a prominent local landowner, Samuel Stephens, and is said to have been designed by the younger Georgian architect John Wood, best known for the Royal Crescent in Bath.
