Crédit Agricole profits and sales beaten in Q3 By Investing.com

Investing.com – Agricultural credit (PA 🙂 reported a third quarter on Wednesday that beat analysts’ expectations and earnings above expectations.

Crédit Agricole announced earnings per share of € 0.43 on sales of € 5.54 billion. Analysts polled by Investing.com expected EPS of € 0.4067 on sales of € 5.45 billion.

Crédit Agricole stock is down 11% year-to-date and is trading at € 12.86, down from its 52-week high.

Crédit Agricole follows other major financial sector results this month

Credit Agricole’s report follows earnings beaten by BNP Paribas on October 29, which announced EPS of € 2 on revenue of € 11.4 billion, against EPS forecast of 1.94 € on a turnover of 11.25 billion euros.

Societe Generale met expectations on November 4 with third-quarter EPS of € 1.66 on revenue of € 6.67 billion, against expected EPS of 1.66 on revenue of 5, € 89bn.
