As President, Mr. Higginbotham has a clear vision to drive growth through improved products and services, data innovations and responsive teams. With more than thirty years of experience as an entrepreneur, innovator and owner of railcars and railcar services, Higginbotham brings a proven capacity for anticipation and leadership in the increasingly dynamic rail and industrial transport market. He was the Founder, President and CEO of Appalachian Railcar Services (âARSâ), a pioneering solutions provider in repair networks, rail operations, transshipment and logistics. Thanks to Higginbotham’s leadership, ARS and its business units have extended their offering to more than 30 locations, averaging 25% year-over-year growth.
Joining Mr. Higginbotham is Sean hankinson as sales manager. AITX welcomed Mr. Hankinson with its acquisition of the rental business of The Andersons. For over thirty years, Hankinson has developed and executed customer railcar programs in the areas of leasing, fleet operations, financing and lifecycle optimization. As Commercial Director, he manages customer relations and AITX’s position in the market. Most recently, Hankinson was vice president and general manager of The Andersons’ Rail Group. Prior to that, he worked for nearly twenty-five years at FreightCar America and its predecessors, culminating as senior vice president of sales and marketing.

Ms. Connellee is an accomplished financial and operations leader who is at the forefront of process management, implementing operating platforms that maximize systems, data and organizational efficiency. During his thirty-year career, Connellee has specialized in the transportation and industrial sector, holding key positions at Meridian Waste, a vertically integrated waste management company and Direct ChassisLink, Inc. the largest chassis supplier. from shipping and domestic containers to the US intermodal industry. . Prior to that, she focused on large-scale acquisitions, strategic planning and IT integrations at EY, JP Morgan and McKinsey & Company.
